Terms of use
The website’s scope, contact route and conditions for reading its material.
1. What these pages introduce
These pages introduce retail enquiries concerning new vehicle parts and accessories under the recorded business activity. The trading name includes locks, glass and accessories, but a name is not a current inventory or a promise that every product is available. The site helps organise the question and obtain confirmation of the actual item. It does not certify a vehicle, diagnose a fault or establish that installation, delivery, a particular brand or a workshop service is included in a proposed sale.
2. Reading the subject in context
A part should be selected against the actual vehicle and the relevant specification, rather than a visual resemblance alone. Identify make, model, year, position and any useful manufacturer reference when discussing the request. Variations between versions or production dates may matter. A general diagram cannot settle that compatibility question. Confirm which party is checking fitment and what source information supports the recommendation before purchasing or installing an item. Do not use a public portfolio-style image as a technical instruction.
3. An enquiry and an actual agreement
An enquiry is not an accepted quotation. Before an actual sale, confirm the item description, quantity, compatibility basis, availability, price, currency, payment terms and any delivery or collection arrangement. A changed requirement can change the proposed item or conditions. This website does not hide a paid membership, automatic renewal or checkout behind the contact link. Keep the accepted proposal and correspondence so that both parties can identify what was actually agreed and distinguish it from general category information.
4. Using the local contact preview
The preparation button builds a text preview in the current browser page. It does not post the completed fields to a form backend, create a customer record or confirm receipt. The visitor can review that preview before choosing the separate link that opens an email application. Sending from that application remains another decision. The email provider may keep its own drafts, sent items and logs. Closing this website does not erase a separately sent message or recall information already received by someone else.
5. Safety and responsible decisions
Vehicle parts can affect operation and safety. Installation should follow the requirements applicable to the actual item and vehicle, with competent assistance where needed. The site does not establish a repair procedure, certify a modification or replace the manufacturer’s documentation. A description of a product category is not permission to bypass a safety system or alter a vehicle without the appropriate review. Raise uncertainty about fitment or intended use before proceeding rather than relying on a broad introductory explanation.
6. Material and attribution rights
The authored diagrams, arrangement and written explanations belong to their respective rights holders. Product names and technical identifiers supplied in an actual enquiry remain references to the relevant item or manufacturer, not evidence of an authorised-dealer relationship. Viewing an image does not grant a general commercial reproduction licence or permission to use another party’s mark. Confirm rights and attribution before reusing material. No manufacturer endorsement, exclusive distribution agreement or customer installation history is claimed merely by showing an illustrative product.
7. Accurate information in correspondence
The first enquiry asks for a name, reply email, optional vehicle or project reference, selected topic and a description. A useful description can identify a vehicle make, model, year and the part under consideration. Avoid sending a full registration document, driver identification, payment card details or passwords. If a later quotation needs a technical identifier, clarify the minimum information required and the recipient before disclosing it. The public draft has no attachment uploader or facility for verifying vehicle records.
8. Appropriate use of the site
Use the public pages for legitimate reading and the contact route for genuine questions. Do not impersonate a person, send malicious code or disclose information without the necessary authority. Ordinary accessibility tools and lawful browsing remain appropriate. A problem with a link or form should be reported with the page and behaviour involved, without attempting to access private systems or exploit the fault. Providing a message does not give either party unlimited permission to reuse every attached idea, document or personal detail for an unrelated purpose.
9. Other services have separate operators
An email application or independently visited service has its own operator, features and terms. Check its address and identity before supplying information or relying on a separate arrangement. Hosting and delivery providers are not presented as endorsers or commercial clients of the publisher. The website cannot guarantee the availability or behaviour of another party’s service. Mentioning a source or an output format does not connect a visitor’s account, establish an agency relationship or override the rights and conditions governing that separate service.
10. Commitments, corrections and rights
The actual facts, agreement and applicable law determine responsibility and any available remedy. These website conditions do not remove a mandatory right, excuse a factual misrepresentation or silently replace an express commitment made in a real transaction. A later notice date identifies an updated edition rather than rewriting every earlier agreement. If a concern remains unresolved, preserve the relevant version and correspondence and identify the outcome requested. No invented exclusive court, guaranteed response time or blanket exclusion of responsibility is imposed by these general pages.
