Cancellations and refunds
How to distinguish a website question from a transaction-specific remedy.
1. What browsing and drafting create
For a proposed or accepted parts order, explain whether the request concerns a changed vehicle specification, quantity, delivery arrangement or the decision to proceed. Identify the quotation or order and the item involved. The outcome depends on the actual agreement, stage and applicable rights; this notice does not announce a universal cancellation fee. Preparing a local email preview neither cancels an order nor proves the responsible party received the request. Use an established transaction channel when timing is important.
2. Items and arrangements beyond the page
Questions about a physical item may involve its condition, packaging, supplied specification and whether it has been installed or modified. Retain the evidence relevant to the concern and request the actual return instructions before sending a parcel. Do not assume a website correspondence address is an approved return destination for every supplier. The public site does not issue a shipping label or authorise a return automatically. Any inspection, replacement or repayment should be confirmed with the party responsible for that transaction.
3. Explaining the concern clearly
Describe the item, the vehicle application and the difference between what was agreed and what was received. If compatibility is disputed, identify the specification or reference used for selection. Avoid sharing unnecessary identity documents in the initial message. The local form has no attachment channel, so discuss a suitable way to provide photographs or paperwork if those are needed. A clear account of the issue helps distinguish a selection error, a changed requirement and a possible product defect without prejudging the remedy.
4. Acknowledgement is a separate step
The preparation button builds a text preview in the current browser page. It does not post the completed fields to a form backend, create a customer record or confirm receipt. The visitor can review that preview before choosing the separate link that opens an email application. Sending from that application remains another decision. The email provider may keep its own drafts, sent items and logs. Closing this website does not erase a separately sent message or recall information already received by someone else.
5. A repayment with the responsible party
Where a repayment is agreed or required by the responsible party, confirm the amount, currency and practical payment method using the relevant transaction records. Banks and payment services may have their own processing roles and timing. This website does not execute a refund or promise a date for funds to arrive. A draft in a browser is neither acknowledgement nor a decision on a request. Keep the response and the evidence of the actual arrangement, and use an established channel for a time-sensitive transaction concern.
6. Records and remedies that remain
The actual facts, agreement and applicable law determine responsibility and any available remedy. These website conditions do not remove a mandatory right, excuse a factual misrepresentation or silently replace an express commitment made in a real transaction. A later notice date identifies an updated edition rather than rewriting every earlier agreement. If a concern remains unresolved, preserve the relevant version and correspondence and identify the outcome requested. No invented exclusive court, guaranteed response time or blanket exclusion of responsibility is imposed by these general pages.
